Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is like a cozy haven, smallish yet very clean and well-set up. The breakfast room didn't quite meet our expectations, but the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, with an amazing little kitchen area, a separate bedroom, and two bathrooms. Although a bit on the dark side and needing some updating, they were clean, and the breakfast buffet offered many choices. The service had its ups and downs, as some staff were rude and incompetent, while others were very friendly and helpful. The location was a bit tucked away, making it initially difficult to find but was close to major activities and connections in Santiago. The dining experience was satisfactory but not always ready on time, with limited selection. However, the facilities were decent, with a good housekeeping service and tour/ticket assistance available.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very small but had a full kitchen which was convenient. Although our room wasn't available until 3 pm, being on the 21st floor met our expectations.
I was thrilled with the room setup; it had an amazing little kitchen area with a sofa and table, a separate bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. However, the view from our 19th-floor room felt more like a motel than a hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was very large with a king bed and a separate single bed, equipped with a functional kitchen and a spacious, clean toilet, making it very convenient. However, the room felt incredibly cramped, probably one of the smallest I've experienced in a hotel.
My stay on the 21st floor was everything I expected. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with a loose chair and the bathroom facilities. However, the location was central with easy access to public transit and other amenities.
My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The room we originally had was spacious and equipped with a functional kitchen, which was perfect for our needs. However, we were later moved to another room that did not meet the standards set by the first one. The hotel's service was fantastic, especially the bilingual staff who were always eager to assist. The location was good, but not exactly in the vibrant tourist area. The dining options were decent but could have been better. Overall, it was an okay stay with some ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although clean and well-situated, was in need of updating and felt quite small. The bed was not very comfortable, and the bathroom was cramped. On the bright side, the service was efficient in replenishing food supplies and very helpful, though the loud discussions outside the door were quite disturbing. The location was convenient with easy access to the metro and nearby attractions, but the lack of cleaning equipment for the provided kitchen facilities was a downside. The dining experience was adequate but could use more variety in the menu. Overall, it was an okay stay considering the positives and negatives.
I found the hotel to be in a very central location, close to transportation hubs and the business center of the city. The rooms were really clean and well-maintained, but small for our luggage needs. The service, however, was a mix of conscientiousness and rudeness, with language barriers causing some frustration. The dining options were varied, though quality seemed inconsistent. Overall, a convenient location with some room for improvement in service and room sizes.
The hotel is centrally located with easy access to public transit, making it convenient for exploring Santiago, although the room quality varied. The service was a mix of excellence and concerning interactions. The dining experience was good overall, with minor drawbacks in timing. The facilities met expectations, but some room for improvement exists.
